Abandoned canvas print by Lee Beuther. Bring your artwork to life with the texture and depth of a stretched canvas print. Your image gets printed onto one of our premium canvases and then stretched on a wooden frame of 1.5" x 1.5" stretcher bars (gallery wrap) or 5/8" x 5/8" stretcher bars (museum wrap). Many years ago, my husband and I were returning from a trip, and as we came around a bend in the road, we saw this rusty, old car sitting in the middle of a field. We stopped and took some photos, and I painted this shortly thereafter.

About Lee Beuther
As a child, I dreamed of becoming a painter and my dream came true when I was nearing retirement and decided to try my hand at acrylic painting back in 2001. I quickly moved on from acrylics to watercolor, pastel, oil, encaustic, etc., always enjoying the experience of learning a new medium. I found that I love to experiment, play, and continually challenge myself to try new subject matter and/or new techniques. There is always something new to inspire me and keep me pushing myself to grow as an artist.
